Yes — we meet or exceed ACX, Findaway, and other distributor specifications, including precise RMS levels, peak limits, and noise floors. We also include chapter markers, multiple file formats, and a final QC pass to ensure compliance.

Why is audiobook pricing listed per finished hour (PFH)?

PFH rates reflect total production time, which includes editing, mastering, QC, and sometimes integrating pickups. Depending on narration quality and editing complexity, production time can range from 3–6 hours per finished hour of audio.

How do you charge for short-form clips?

Each clip is billed at a flat rate for content up to 10 minutes long. For clients producing multiple pieces, we also offer a 5-clip bundle at a discounted rate.

Can you match my brand’s style?

How do I send my files to you?

We’ll provide you with a secure Dropbox upload link to send us your project assets, and we’ll deliver final files via Dropbox as well. FTP servers or dedicated client portals can also be arranged upon request.

What if my recording has bad background noise or technical issues?

We include basic cleanup in all packages. For severe issues (hiss, hum, reverb, clipping, distortion), we offer heavy restoration as an add-on service.
